Hansel Oy
The procurement covers the provision of air transport services with aircraft (service flights) to customer specific destinations and in customer specific timetables and in accordance with the aviation legislation and regulations. This framework agreement does not cover air transport services provided with helicopters or small aircraft (aircraft capacity under 60 passengers).
The service flights services are passenger and/or cargo flights.

The procurement covers the cargo flights for customer-specific destinations and in customer-specific timetables.
The average usage of the previous framework agreement per year was following:
— about 5 flights per year,
— departures were mainly from Tampere and Kuopio,
— destinations were mainly Beirut and the Middle East area,
— clients were The Finnish Defence Forces (95 % of the flights) and CMC Finland (5 % of the flights).
Fundamental changes for the usage are not foreseen for the future. However, when taking into account the nature of the service, international circumstances are affecting for the need of the service compared to the previous framework agreement. Estimations presented above do not tie Hansel nor the Customer.
