Request for the application shall be sent to purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi referring to the RFQ number 4000000901 in the subject line.
This procurement will be executed in accordance with the Finnish Act on Public Defence and Security Contracts (1531/2011).
The procurement process is an accelerated restricted procedure, which is a two-phase procedure. By the deadline, Supplier willing to participate in this procurement shall return the completed form of request for participation to purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi. Participation applications sent after deadline will be rejected. Based on the criteria set out in the application, the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command will then select the candidates who will receive the actual request for quotation (RFQ).
Failure to comply with any of the required requirements will lead to rejection of the participate.

Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:
The quality management system and the operation of the Participant shall fulfil at least the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and/or AQAP 2110 Edition No 2 or later versions. If the request for quotation will lead to a contract, the Tenderer's performance shall be according to the requirements of the standards mentioned above.

Airworthiness Approval tags (EASA form one, JAA form one, FAA 8130-3) or manufacturers certificate of conformity for standard material shall be provided at the time of delivery.
Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:
Participant shall be Pratt & Whitney Canada approved maintenance facility for PW127G engine. The Participant shall have a written permit from the original manufacturer (Pratt & Whitney Canada) for overhaul, repair, HSI and modification of PW127G engine and its LRUs.

Participant shall be able to perform trouble shooting and inspections on-site at Finnish Airforce's facilities. Tenderer shall provide the tools and spare parts needed for the works.
The Participant shall have possibility to use test cell. The Participant shall have slave engine if needed.
The Participant shall have overhaul ability in Europe.
Sopimuksen toteuttaminen
Vaadittavat vakuudet ja takuut: All requirements will be presented in the actual RFQ material.
