Lyhyt kuvaus:
Keva is looking for a new portfolio analysis system as a Saas service (Software as a Service) and its support and maintenance. Keva needs a new portfolio analysis system for equity portfolios to supplement the existing line-up of tools. The system will be used to analyze fundamental data of equity portfolios as well as for performance attribution analysis. The emphasis in choosing this tool is on the quality of historical line-item level financial statement data and ability of the system to customize how this information is aggregated to portfolio level. The system must be able to handle portfolios, composites of portfolios, as well as public and custom benchmarks. Furthermore, underlying holdings of portfolios and indices must be easily linked to third-party data sources and this data must be readily functional in the reporting tools.

A complete set of requirements is stated in Appendix 1.
The new portfolio analysis system is not replacing any of Keva's current portfolio tools but is considered as a supplement to the existing line-up.
The system will initially have approximately 10 users. Therefore, this quantity is used in a comparison of tenders. However, Keva has the right to implement a lower or higher number of users, based on terms for pricing of individual users.
The intention is to take system into production use in autumn 2017.
Kesto: 12 kuukautta
Uudistusten kuvaus:
The contract is in force for an indefinite period.
Because these kind of Saas service contracts are usually based on annual license fee, Keva must be able to consider annually before the end of the year whether the portfolio analysis system should be retendered or not. The term of notice will be defined in the contract.

The number of users can potentially increase during the contract period. The tenderers shall inform in their tender pricing principles for user licenses in a case there shall be more users of the system than 10. These principles will be defined in the contract.
