Mass spectrometer system
Detailed information is requested for a high-resolution mass spectrometer system for proteome analyses. The instrument should be suitable for the identification of peptides, the quantitation of labelled peptides, and provide high-quality data for global and targeted label-free quantitative analysis. Any additional features supporting characterisation of PTMs, or biological compounds and biological systems will also be positively evaluated.
