The tenderer must offer assistance in eliciting new invention disclosures from the University of Helsinki research faculties by in person interviews and brainstorming sessions organised together with Helsinki Innovation Services employees, and by giving lectures in technology frontiers and innovation opportunities.
The tenderer must offer assistance in reviewal of invention disclosures on technical, market, and IP bases as required from time-to-time by Helsinki Innovation Services. The tenderer must provide reports of findings and recommendations of the reviewal in due course.
