The purpose of this assignment is to increase the quality of outsourced evaluations and also to increase flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness of the MFA in planning and commissioning evaluations.

There is an option for 24 months of service.
The approximated value of optional years will be defined in the annual evaluation plan. The budget for centralized evaluations is planned to remain the same 1 000 000 EUR per year which is subject to the parliamentary approval of the budget. Additional services for other units commissioning evaluations may be included on pilot basis to the optional contract worth of 500 000 EUR.
