This procurement procedure covers the supply of line pipes for onshore pipeline and compressor and metering station for Balticconnector project in Finland. The procurement covers line pipes of different wall thicknesses. The line pipes will be completed with internal flow coating and external corrosion coating.

The main properties of the pipelines are described below:
— 20” line pipes, OD x wt: 508 mm x 7.4 — 11.0 mm, in accordance with EN ISO 3183 Annex M and supplementary Client requirement’s
— Pipe Length 22 km in total (an estimate)
— Line pipe material grade L485ME/X70
— Design min temp. deg C -40 and C -10
— Line pipe manufacturing process: HFW / SAWL / SAWH
— Internal Epoxy Flow Coating
— External 3LPE Corrosion Coating
— Minimum pipe length 12.0 m, maximum 18.2 m, minimum average length 17.0 m
Services:
— Tests and inspections in the factory
— Preservation, packing, marking and shipping
— Storing at the factory
— Documentation and certification
— Delivery to the delivery address in Southern Finland
Uudistusten kuvaus:
The Contract will be awarded in September 2017. The line pipe delivery is to take place in June 2018.
The more detailed schedule including the main milestones of the Contract will be provided to the Candidates invited to the negotiations.
The Contract is subjected to volume changes.

The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. In negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, any economic operator may submit a request to participate in response to a call for competition by providing the information for qualitative selection that is requested by the Contracting Authority. Only those economic operators invited by the Contracting Authority following the assessment of the information provided may participate in the negotiations.

Advance payment guarantees will be required and subjected to the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG) 2010 revision, ICC Publication No. 758.
