Lyhyt kuvaus:

The scope of the contract covers the supply of equipment and materials of the air-cooled heat exchanger unit for compressor and metering station for Balticconnector project in Finland together with services listed in the procurement documents. Module G or H1 shall be applied for conformity assessment according to directive 2014/68/EC (PED) of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The procurement covers the following supplies and services:

Supplies:

— air-cooled heat exchanger, supporting frame, electrical motors, transmissions and required auxiliaries such as ball valves, blind flanges, plugs, bolting, gaskets for vents, drains and junction boxes,

— design pressure 80 bar, design min temp. C -40,

— fluid type: natural gas, nominal flow rate: 300 000 Nm3/h.

Services:

— tests and inspections in factory,

— preservation, packing, marking and shipping,

— storing at the factory,

— documentation and certification,

— delivery to the delivery address (Inkoo, Finland),

— other services necessary for the completion of the supply scope.

The supplies and services will be described in more detail in the specifications which will be provided to the Candidates invited to the negotiations.

Uudistusten kuvaus:

The contract will be awarded in October 2017. The air-cooled heat exchanger unit delivery is to take place in October 2018 and the installation of the air-cooled heat exchanger unit shall be mechanically completed in fall 2019.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

The scope may cover:

— normal operational spares and any special items and tools,

— site service for supervision, commissioning and start-up of equipment.

The options will be described in more detail in the specifications which will be provided to the Candidates invited to the negotiations.

The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. In negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, any economic operator may submit a request to participate in response to a call for competition by providing the information for qualitative selection that is requested by the Contracting Authority. Only those economic operators invited by the Contracting Authority following the assessment of the information provided may participate in the negotiations.

Sopimuksen toteuttaminen

Advance payment guarantees and warranty guarantee will be required and subjected to the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG) 2010 revision, ICC Publication No. 758.
