Lyhyt kuvaus:
During the term of the contract, the Service Provider shall undertake at its facilities; aircraft storage, preservation, maintenance and repair services on the Buyer's owned aircraft, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the contract, and all maintenance services that may be agreed upon with the Buyer in future orders; or alternatively, as an option, in the Buyer’s facilities.

Uudistusten kuvaus:
The Buyer requests Tenders for Aircraft Maintenance Services to be performed by the Seller during 2018. As an option, the Agreement may be extended to include Aircraft Maintenance during 2019.
Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Based on additional operational or technical needs that are not known at the time of issuing this Contract Notice, the Buyer may procure additional services or material from the Seller at a later stage.

Osallistumisehdot
Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
The tenderer shall state the confirmation of the following items in its tender. In addition certificates with appendixes for item (h) shall be attached to the Tender and for items (g) and (i) should be attached to the Tender. Any other certificates shall not be attached when the Tender is submitted. However, the contracting authority may ask any tenderer at any moment during the procedure to submit all or part of the required certificates and supporting documents where this is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the procedure.

(a) Tenderer confirms that it shall be registered with:
i. the appropriate trade or professional register,
ii. register of employers, and,
iii. register for payers for value-added tax.
In the state where it is established under the conditions laid down by that state.
(b) Obligations related to taxes
Tenderer confirms that it has fulfilled all its obligations related to taxes in the state where it is established.
(c) Obligations related to social security and pension insurance contributions
Tenderer confirms that it has fulfilled its obligations related to social security and pension insurance contributions in the state where it is established.
(d) Obligations related to Labour Laws
Tenderer confirms that it has fulfilled its obligations related to Labour Laws and applicable collective Labour agreements (if any) in the state where it is established.
(e) Professional Indemnity Insurance or Liability insurance
Tenderer confirms that it has, or can, commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, evidence of professional risk indemnity insurance.
(f) Information Regarding Economic/Financial Standing
Tenderer confirms that it has an adequate financial strength and capacity to meet its financial commitments.

(g) Quality Management
Tenderer should have an approved quality management system (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
(h) Maintenance Approval
The Tenderer shall be a holder of a valid Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Annex II (PART-145) maintenance organisation approval or equivalent with the required capability for the aircraft type in question. Approval certificate with Annexes shall be attached to the Tender.

(i) Design Organisation Approval
The service provider should have an approval certificate pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 748/2012, Part 21, Subpart J for the airworthiness and environmental certification of design organization for changes and repair. Copy of the certificate and capability should be attached.
