TSE: NA4 CHP-project — Insulation

Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy builds a new combined heat and power unit (NA4) in an existing power plant area, where the company already owns 3 coal-fired power and CHP blocks (NA1, NA2 and NA3). Energy production of the new unit is based on wood- and agro-originated biomass, peat and coal.
The CHP unit's nominal production rate will be 200 MWDH district heat and 50 MWth steam for industrial consumers from steam turbine extractions. The nominal fuel input is some 430 MWfuel and gross electric power output some 160 MWe. District heat will be delivered to Turku Energia Oy and industrial (or process) steam to Fortum Power and Heat Oy for retail. NA4 CHP will be connected to existing district heat and industrial steam networks.
This supply consists of Insulation (BoP Area) to the power plant project NA4 in Naantali.
Insulation Contract is including the following systems:
— High pressure steam system (main steam: design temperature 565 °C, hot reheat and cold reheat systems including for example pipe size DN 700),
— Reduction steam system (line DN 1400 including noise insulation),
— District heating system, including for example pipe size DN 700,
— Bleed steam lines by steam turbine and other low and medium pressure steam systems,
— Heavy fuel oil system,
— Condensate system,
— Spray water system,
— Drain systems and low/medium pressure steam headers of the blowdown tank,
— Pipe bridge piping (insulation and covering on the bridge),
— Tie-in insulations to existing systems,
— Other lines and equipment will be specified in RFT later for selected suppliers.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2016-01-28. Hankinta julkaistiin 2016-01-13.
