Single Cell Analysis System
The Finnish Micro-array and Sequencing Centre is an internationally recognized Functional Genomics Core Facility that provides state-of-the-art research technologies and services in the areas of genomics, epigenomics and transcriptomics. The Centre intends to acquire system for Single Cell Analysis. The system package is expected to consist of the instrument enabling capture and preparation of the single cells for functional genomics analysis, computer software, delivery and user training for FMSC staff up to 10 people.
