This procurement consists of twelve (12) Rolls-Royce Avon 1533-75L fuel system retrofits. The supply shall at least include following services:
1. Design of high pressure fuel system modification;
2. Complete characteristics listing, documentation and drawings of all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical interfaces;
3. Factory acceptance test arrangements;
4. Removal of original fuel system components including, but not limited to, fuel control unit, HP fuel pump, hydraulic power pack and actuator for power lever;
5. Eventual modification and blanking of engines systems and piping;
6. Manufacturing and delivery of fuel system equipment to complete a fully functional system;
7. Installation and testing of delivered units and systems;
8. Training and introduction of operators for use of new HP fuel system;
9. Site acceptance tests, cold and hot testing of modified installation;
10. Operation and maintenance documentation delivery.
The candidates are kindly asked to take note that the list above is only preliminary, and the final scope of supply may include a variety of services, which are not mentioned on this list.
