Upgrade of AV equipment in ECHA's conference centre

The scope of the contract includes the supply and installation of audiovisual (AV) equipment for the upgrade of ECHA's conference centre, including any necessary reprogramming of control devices; dismantling and disposing the replaced equipment that cannot be used elsewhere; testing and commissioning of the final implementation; delivery of 'as built' documentation and source programming code; introduction of the new systems to ECHA AV technicians and related training; 2 years' warranty for installations and supplied equipment.
It is expected that the contract will be signed in July 2015. The work shall be carried out during the months of July and August 2015. However, taking into account that for operational reasons part of the work needs to be carried out during ECHA's holiday breaks, the schedule of the work may need to be phased as follows: July/August (phase I), Christmas break in December 2015/January, February 2016 (phase II) and in between the phases if necessary. After-sales services shall be provided throughout the lifetime of the guarantee of installations and supplied equipment (2 years).
