The Air Patrol Squadron of the Finnish Border Guard requests Makila overhauls with applicable accessories overhaul and repair services for 3 engines:
— MAKILA 1A1 Engines and accessories overhauls,
— A case specific engine rental service capability,
— A case specific repair and field services at the Customer's facilities.
Engines are used in FBG owned Airbus Helicopters Super Puma L1 All helicopters registered to Finnish civil aviation register and managed in accordance with EASA Part-M Subpart G with exemptions.

Selection Of Candidates.
In order to qualify for participation in tender processes the Candidate shall attach the following information to its request to participate. The annexes shall not be older than 3 months from the last date of submitting the request to participate. Candidate not fulfilling the requirements may be to excluded from the procurement procedure. The Invitation to tender will be sent to qualified Candidates. All documentation must be clearly marked with the name of the Candidate:

Certificate issued by the competent in the Contracting State in which he is established to the effect that the Candidate has fulfilled his obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established and the maintenance services are to be carried out. Where the country in question does not issue such documents declaration on oath or solemn declaration can be accepted:

Certificate of commercial or professional registration in accordance with the legislation of the State in which the Candidate is established and planning the maintenance services to be carried out:
— Financial and economic standing.
Statement from a bank or some other credit institution about the Candidate's creditworthiness.
Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:
— Ability, technical capacity and quality control.
The Candidate shall have an Approval Certificate pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003, Part 145) for the maintenance services. Copy of the certificate and capability shall be attached to the request to participate:
— The Candidate shall have an approved OEM Service Centre status. Copy of the certificate shall be attached to the request to participate.
— The Candidate shall have capability to provide spare engine leasing services.
— The Candidate should have the capability to provide field repair services in scope of his capability.
