TSE: NA4 CHP Project — LP Piping

Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy builds a new combined heat and power unit (NA4) in an existing power plant area, where the company already owns 3 coal-fired power and CHP blocks (NA1, NA2 and NA3). Energy production of the new unit is based on wood- and agro-originated biomass, peat and coal.
The CHP unit's nominal production rate will be 200 MWdh district heat and 50 MWdh steam for industrial consumers from steam turbine extractions. The nominal fuel input is some 430 MW fuel and gross electric power output some 160 MWe. District heat will be delivered to Turku Energia Oy and industrial (or process) steam to Fortum Power and Heat Oy for retail. NA4 CHP will be connected to existing district heat and industrial steam networks.
This supply consists of LP Piping to the power plant project NA4 in Naantali.
LP Piping Contract is including the following systems:
— District heating system including for example pipe size DN 700,
— Bleed steam lines by steam turbine and other low and medium pressure steam including materials like 13CrMo4-5, 16Mo3 and P235GH,
— Cooling (sea water), raw, closed-cooling water and make-up water,
— Compressed air,
— Heavy fuel oil,
— Condensate,
— Spray water,
— Drains and low/medium pressure steam headers of the blow down tank,
— Pipe bridge piping,
— Tie-in works to existing systems,
— Other steam lines will specified in RFT later for selected suppliers.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2015-08-21. Hankinta julkaistiin 2015-08-04.
