TSE: NA4 CHP-project — HP-piping
Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy
Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy builds a new combined heat and power unit (NA4) in an existing power plant area, where the company already owns 3 coal-fired power and CHP blocks (NA1, NA2 and NA3). Energy production of the new unit is based on wood- and agro-originated biomass, peat and coal.
The CHP unit's nominal production rate will be 200 MWDH district heat and 50 MWth steam for industrial consumers from steam turbine extractions. The nominal fuel input is some 430 MWfuel and gross electric power output some 160 MWe. District heat will be delivered to Turku Energia Oy and industrial (or process) steam to Fortum Power & Heat Oy for retail. NA4 CHP will be connected to existing district heat and industrial steam networks.
This supply consists of HP-piping to the power plant project NA4 in Naantali.
HP-piping Contract preliminary includes the following systems:
- Main steam (565 °C; 17,5 MPa,g), material X10CrMoVNb9-1, DN size up to 450,
- Hot reheat steam (565 °C; 5,5 MPa,g), material X10CrMoVNb9-1, DN size up to 700,
- Cold reheat steam (470 °C; 5,5 MPa,g), material 16Mo3, DN size up to 600,
- Reduction line (565 °C; 0,8 MPa,g), material 10CrMo9-10, DN size 1400,
- Drains and high pressure steam headers of the blowdown tank,
- Other steam lines will specified in RFT later for selected suppliers.
