The developmental evaluation of BEAM-program
Business with Impact (BEAM) is a joint programme of Tekes and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The aim is to assist Finnish enterprises and other actors in addressing global development challenges by converting such challenges into successful and sustainable business.
The object of the procurement is Developmental evaluation of BEAM and it is to be implemented parallel to the programme during 2015-2019. Developmental evaluation is an approach that supports innovation development, guides adaptation to emergent and dynamic realities in complex environments by continuous utilisation of evaluation results in programme management.
