Rolls-Royce 250 (C20B) engine and its LRU and SRU spare parts repair, overhaul and modification services.
This procurement will be executed in accordance with the Finnish Act on Public Defence and Security Contracts (1531/2011).
The procurement process is a restricted procedure with the publication of a contract notice (1531/2011 20 Section).
If more than 3 acceptable request to participate is received, the number of the qualified tenderers will be limited to 3 based on the net sales figures (3 biggest).
Request to participate shall be sent to address: purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi and refer to number 4000000196 also in the subject line.
Failure to comply with any of the required requirements will lead to rejection of the participate.
The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is entitled at its own discretion to accept or reject the request to participate.

In the request to participate the Supplier shall inform the contact details (including name of the point of contact) and reply for the following requests: 1. The quality management system and the operation of the Supplier shall fulfil at least the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and AQAP 2110 Edition No 3 later versions. If the request for quotation will lead to a Contract, the Supplier's performance shall be according to the requirements of the standards mentioned above. 2. The Supplier shall furnish proof of his technical and professional ability to perform the Contract: — The Supplier shall have a written permit from the original manufacturer (Rolls-Royce RR250) to repair the engines, modules and equipment and shall be licensed according to RR250 AMROC, AMC or AMOF, — The Supplier shall list reference contracts (RR250 LRU repair, overhaul and modification services including testing and test bench capabilities) together with the names of the Contract parties. 3. The Supplier shall furnish proof of his economical ability to perform the Contract by announcing their net sales (turnover value) e.g. from the past 3 years. Information: If more than 3 acceptable requests to participate is received, the number of the qualified tenderers will be limited to 3 based on the net sales figures (3 biggest).
