Production planning software and related services

Target of the tender is production planning software (later ‘Software’) and related services.
Procurement includes software specification, software implementation work, consulting production modelling and user interface configuration, user training, licenses, after delivery services and needed documentation for the project and service phase.
Software need to include at least following functionalities:
— Tools to model Helen energy production environment for production planning;
— Helen production planning using aforementioned optimization model;
— System need to support several different models;
— Managing different background assumptions with scenarios;
— Tools and interfaces for separate optimization calculations;
— User interfaces for production planning, running optimization and configuring the models;
— Software will have 1 bi-directional interface to production data warehouse.
The environment to model has:
— District heating network consisting of several different parts;
— District cooling network consisting of several different parts;
— 10 heating plants;
— 4 combined heat and power plants;
— Heat pump facilities that provide heating and cooling;
— Several different fuels;
— Several markets for heat, electricity and gas;
— Storages for electricity, heat and cooling.
Procurement includes software maintenance and support for 2 years (option years 1 + 1 + 1).Totally maximum 5 years maintenance and support.
Software installation and planning model should be tested and ready for deployment by 08/2017.
