Invitation to tender for 193 NM excimer laser system

Geological Survey of Finland (Geologian tutkimuskeskus, GTK)

A tender is requested for a 193 nm excimer laser system (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Instrument’) together with software and all licenses as well as related services and after sale services.
The tenderer shall guarantee that the Instrument meet the requirements as set forth in the invitation to tender.
The Instrument has to be constructed in accordance with the EU standards and bear the CE-marking and be in accordance with the EC safety regulations. Documentation thereof has to be included in the tender.
The Instrument and the related services must satisfy the minimum requirements set forth in the invitation to tender and the fulfilment of all criteria has to be documented within the tender.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Desirable Options:
a) Extra training session on-site for 2 days and a maximum of 4 people, which should include detailed training by an engineer on the software, maintenance and tuning of the laser optical system;
b) Consumables and spares kit to cover approximately 2 years of operation with a list of included components;
c) Extended warranty options;
d) Customized masks or wheels for job-specific spot-size selections;
e) Extra sample holders.
The options mentioned above are excluded from the original procurement and priced separately. The use of these additional items or services are solely for the Buyer to decide.
