Framework agreement for evaluations of Civil Society Organizations' development cooperation

The object of the contract is to establish a framework agreement for procuring evaluations on development cooperation of Civil society organizations. Please refer to Annex 1 ‘Evaluations of civil society development cooperation’ for a more detailed description of the object of the framework agreement.

Geographical area: To be defined in the terms of reference of the individual assignments.Duration: The framework agreement will be valid for four years starting from the signing of the framework agreement. The duration of services can continue for a longer period, but a maximum of 1 year, as long as the contract on the service has been signed before the expiring date of the framework agreement.Budget: The total value of the framework agreement is estimated to be 2-3 MEUR. The MFA is planning to commission 4-5 large scale centralized evaluations on development cooperation of civil society organizations in the coming 4 years. The value of a large scale evaluations is approximately between 200 000-600 000 EUR. In addition it is estimated that several small scale evaluations will be commissioned. All administrative units/embassies of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs may commission evaluations on civil society development cooperation under the framework agreement.The amount of services to be supplied is an estimate and does not form an obligation for the Contracting Authority to buy that amount of services.2 000 0003 000 000
