Electronic Warfare Services
The Finnish Defence Force Logistics Command (hereafter referred to as the FDFLC) hereby requests a quotation for Electronic Warfare Services for 2016-2019 as follows:
The Service shall be performed using a manned fixed-wing jamming aircraft with necessary electronic warfare equipment provided by the service provider. The Service shall include the crew of the aircraft and a liaison officer. The liaison officer shall also participate separately in the briefing before the planned exercise if so requested by Finnish Air Force.
The purpose of the Service is to use the service provider's aircraft and its jamming equipment to train different units for electronic warfare and test the influence and effectiveness of EW counter-measures of radars and other surveillance systems.
The service provider is required to operate from airfields used by the Finnish Air Force.
Requirements for the Service are detailed in appendix 1.
The Service is needed for 2 — 3 military exercises per year. Each exercise will be ordered separately.
The Request for Quotation (including Appendix 1) will be send to all suitable Tenders that submit their Request to participate to the address Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command, Ms Heli Kinnunen, Elementtitie 16, 41160 Tikkakoski, Finland no later than 19.10.2015.
