Caruna is looking for cost efficient and reliable suppliers for Arc Suppression Coils and Earthing Transformers used in Caruna's electricity network.
Procurement items are grouped to the following purchase groups:
— Group 1: Arc suppression coils;
— Group 2: Earthing transformers;
— Group 3 (Optional): Arc suppression coil controllers.
Group 1: Arc suppression coils:
— Power 3 150 kVA and 4 000 kVA, Current 26-266 A and 33-338 A;
— Voltage 20/√3 kV, 50 Hz;
— Continuous variable;
— Estimated volume 50-70 pcs;
— Delivery time 2016-2017, delivery directly to Caruna substations (Finland);
Group 2: Earthing transformers:
— Power: Similar to Arc Suppression Coils;
— Voltage 20,5 kV;
— Estimated volume 50-70 pcs;
— Delivery time 2016-2017, delivery directly to Caruna substations (Finland);
Group 3 (Optional): Arc suppression coil controllers:
— Must be compatible with Arc suppression coil (Group 1), electrical substation automation bus IEC61850 and SPA bus;
— Estimated volume 40-70 pcs;
— Delivery time 2016-2017, delivery directly to Caruna substations (Finland).
Note: As this is optional, Caruna will decide about using Group 3 latest at final contract award decision.
