Military Logistics Wheeled Vehicles (MLWV)

Finnish Army Materiel Command Headquarters (AMCHQ) has initiated tender round collective number 14/6A7/032 for Military Logistics Wheeled Vehicles (MLWV) (all wheel drive, gross weight not less than 6,5 tons) including associated After Sales Service Logistics Support (ASSLS).
It is underlined that the MLWV‘s may be newly manufactured or second hand ones. Regarding second hand ones it is underlined the MLWV's shall be in a good guaranteed full operational condition. MLWV's shall be registered into the Finnish formal civil vehicle register (http://www.trafi.fi) by the supplier before the contractual delivery to AMCHQ.
The form and content of the MLWV contract is basically trial.
— Contract for supply of a fixed number of MLWV's (estimated up to 310 pcs) during years 2015-2017.
— Framework Agreement being a part of the Contract regarding de-livery of extra MLWV's (estimated up to 300 pcs) during years 2015-2017 ordered by separate formal orders in writing based on the Contract.
— After Sales Service Logistics Support (ASSLS) being a part of the Contract regarding e.g. availability and delivery of all spare parts of the MLWV's.
There are a couple of projects for which AMCHQ is purchasing Military Logistics Wheeled Vehicles (MLWV) to be used as container carriers and platforms.
All the details will be defined in the RFQ.
