Lithium Batteries for Anti Tank Weapon 112 APILAS FIN

Lithium batteries will replace the original batteries of Anti Tank Weapon 112 APILAS FIN. The supplier must have adequate knowledge and experience of producing these batteries, because the buyer will not provide any technical specification.
The lithium batteries must fulfill the general requirements of standard MIL-B-49430.
Requirement for the storage temperature range of the weapon system including the batteries is A3/C2 (-46…+58 C) according to AECTP 200 Ed3. The operational temperature range is -40…+51 C. The verification of the environmental requirements based on documentation and a test procedure for a sample lot of batteries (8 pcs) will be described in the RFQ.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2014-07-25. Hankinta julkaistiin 2014-06-18.

Supplier must be the original manufacturer of the batteries or a representative authorized by the manufacturer.

Information about the status of the supplier must be included in the Request to Participate. A representative must deliver a written authorization signed by the manufacturer.

Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:

Manufacturers quality system must fulfil the requirements of AQAP 2110 “NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development and Production", Ed3 or latter.

The Request to Participate must include a short description of the quality system signed by the person responsible of the quality system.

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:

Manufacturer must have adequate and proved evidence of knowledge about manufacturing the batteries for Anti Tank Weapon 112 APILAS.

The Request to Participate must include identification of the batteries by item numbers and specification numbers together with information about previous production and deliveries to other customers.
