Flue gas cleaning and heat recovery system

Fortum Power and Heat Oy

Fortum Power and Heat Oy is planning to build a scrubber type flue gas cleaning and heat recovery system to it's 180 MW (fuel) Power Plant in Joensuu, Finland. Power Plant uses biomass and peat as fuel. Purpose of the flue gas cleaning and heat recovery system is primary to produce heat to the district heating network and secondary to reduce sulphur dioxide and dust emissions. Delivery will be turn-key delivery up from the foundation which is in purchaser's scope.

3. Contact information (contact person and e-mail address) where to deliver the offer request.
4. Balance sheet according to III.2.2)
RfQ will be delivered to accepted applicants in early June 2014.
Preliminary project schedule:
— Leaving the offers mid August 2014,
— Contract negotiations August-September 2014,
— Contract signed in Sebtember 2014,
— Take-over of the delivery Autumn 2015.
Investment has no decision of execution yet and the final decision will be made based on profitability calculation on basis of the offers we now receive.
