Exhibition structures and exhibit elements manufacturing services
University of Lapland
The object of contract is to manufacture and to install the exhibition structures and exhibits elements in the exhibition facilities on board Icebreaker Lenin, located in Murmansk, Russia. One or two elements will be also shared and to be delivered on two other science centres: Arktikum, in Rovaniemi, Finland and in Polaria, Tromsö, Norway. This should be achieved according to the design concept and according to a set of requirements related to the specific space onboard the Icebreaker Lenin. The making-off of the exhibits will follow the content manuscript produced by the main exhibition team and will be provided as a core document. Due to the location and technical constraints, the exhibition structures must be light and easily transportable while the exhibit elements are requested to be plug and play elements ready to be installed on site. The packing, transportation and delivery on site are also part of the contract as well as possible formal administrative tasks related to customs and taxes.

The tenderer is enrolled in the Trade Register and in the Prepayment Register in compliance with the Prepayment Act and registered as an employer and for VAT in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act, as required by applicable law.
Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:
The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity and stability in order to implement the service in question.
The tenderer has paid all taxes and pension contributions as well as other payments required by the applicable law.
The tenderer must clearly demonstrates through its references its professional capacity to carry the requested tasks as described in the tender.
The tenderer should demonstrate relevant technical capacity to carry the requested tasks by:
— Having been involved in international exhibition projects;
— Having been involved in projects taking place in Russia;
— Having been designing exhibition in different types of facilities and for different kind of purposes;
— Having experience with exhibitions in small spaces.
The subcontractors used to provide the services are listed in the Tender.
