Evaluation of Natural Resources Programmes
The project involves the final evaluation of BioRefine and Water programmes and expost evaluation of Wood Energy programme of Tekes.
Tekes estimates that the scope of the contract will be between 50 000 and 80 000 EUR, excluding VAT.
Partial tenders and tender variants are not acceptable.
The Customer selects one (1) supplier and concludes a contract with that supplier. The amount of services to be supplied is an estimate and does not form an obligation for the Customer to buy that amount of services.
