Biological irradiator
University of Turku intends to purchase an X-ray based biological irradiator to be used for cells and rodents. Main requirements for the system include precise radiation dose delivery to the biological specimen and to whole body of the animal. The system has to be easy to use by scientists with a biomedical background, and to be properly shielded against outside radiation and improper use.
