Automated Lecture Capture and Media Publishing Service
The invitation to tender is organized jointly together with three Finnish higher education institutions. It has been agreed, that University of Turku will organize the tender on behalf of other participants.
The participants are listed below:
— University of Turku (business ID 0245896-3),
— Tampere University of Technology (business ID 2286106-3),
— Lappeenranta University of Technology (business ID 0245904-2).
The intent is to purchase an automated lecture capture and media publishing service with publishing capabilities. More detailed description of the service and its requirements can be found from Annexes 1 — 7.
The participants in this invitation to tender are aiming long-term agreements with a proven, reliable partner who is able to provide the service as a hosted solution.
