Assembling and dismantling Finland's Guest of Honor exhibition at the Frankfurt Book Fair
The object of the contract is to assemble and dismantle Finland's Guest of Honor exhibition at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2014. The exhibition is a five-day event and will be located in its own 2 300 m2 pavilion.
The size of the exhibition itself is approx. 1 800 m2. The design and materials of the exhibition (interiors of the pavilion) have already been decided upon, thus the contract concerns the assembly and deconstruction only, however including also logistic services and transportation of the building materials to and from Frankfurt. Also purchasing the designated exhibition material is included in the contract.
