Agreement on Supplying Vehicles
The subject of the Framework Agreement is the supply, delivery and after-sales service of passenger vehicles by the Supplier to FCA Offices after receipt of separate Purchase Orders. The vehicles are for use in FCA's programs in the countries mentioned in the Invitation to Tender, and they will mainly be of type and specifications defined in Technical Form (part of ITT).
Invitation to Tender will be sent via e-mail to all interested bidders requesting for it. Please contact
procurement@kirkonulkomaanapu.fi in order to receive the ITT.
All prospective Tenderers shall send their contact information (name and address of the company, contact person's e-mail address and phone number) to the Contracting Authority via e-mail to
procurement@kua.fi at the latest on the date specified in the ITT. Tenderers may submit questions or request information regarding interpretation of the ITT vie e-mail at the latest on the date specified in the ITT.
Tenderers are not allowed to approach the Contracting Authority for oral clarification.
All questions and answers, as well as other possible clarifications or additional information of the tender dossier given by the Contracting Authority will be submitted to all Tenderers having sent their contact information at the latest on the date specified in the ITT.
If the selected Supplier is not able to deliver the type of vehicle required in established time, the Contracting Authority may purchase the vehicle from another supplier.
The Purchase is divided into geographical lots, and one or several suppliers can be selected for each lot.
