49MW water tube heat boiler plant
Fortum Power and Heat Oy is planning to build a LFO fired 49MW(fuel) hot water boiler plant in Joensuu, Finland. Final investment decision for the project is not yet made, it will be done after receiving the binding offers.
The project is turn-key delivery for HOB plant with one light fuel oil fired 49MW water tube boiler and all the needed auxiliaries, piping works, electrification, automation and instrumentation to make boiler plant functional. Purchaser will be in charge for civil works (excavation, foundations and building) and building of oil tank.
Preliminary schedule of the project is:
— Application for tendering by 17.9.2014 at 16:00 hours,
— Tenders published at 19.9.2014,
— Dead line for the offers by 10.10.2014,
— negotiations October-November 2014,
— final investment decision October 2014,
— Contracts signed November 2014,
— Take over of the delivery November 2015.
