Biokos - call for proposals

The aim of BIOKOS-Project is to build 1 MW combined heat power plantin city of Kostomuksha, Russia, until end of 2014. Technique of the plant is based on gassing of biofuel. Plant will produce heat and power in connection with the waste water treatment plant owned by city of Kostomuksha. Lead partner is Regional Council of Kainuu which administers the project. Other partners are companies from Finland and from Russia and also Administration of Kostomuksha urban district.
Regional Council of Kainuu arrangesCall for Proposals for delivery of special equipment to the plant. Equipment will be tested in city of Kajaani in autumn 2013 and BIOKOS-project will deliver equipment to Kostomuksha. Equipment and components will be tested also in Kostomuksha before plat's startup.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The desired scope of supply includes manufacturing of the following parts including needed automation and support components based on balance of the plant:
1. Chemical Feeding
2. Dryer, including also:
- Conveyer
- Condenser
- Heat Exchanger
3. Gasifier, including also:
- Gas Cleaning
- Fuel Feeding
- Water Treatment
4. Gas Engine including electricity + Generator
5. Common Automation which is not included in part of scopes 1-4.
Design parameters (main dimensions and weights of the main equipment) for the buildings must be included in the offer.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2013-06-01. Hankinta julkaistiin 2013-04-17.
