Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Keva reserves the right to award a contract for similar new services and additional supplies related to the services directly to the original supplier during the three years following the conclusion of the original contract on principally the same conditions as the original contract.

The tenderer must have the economic and financial capacity to provide the product in the scale and quality required. This capacity is evaluated as follows.
Upon Keva's request, the awarded tenderer must be prepared to prove, by providing appropriate certificates, if it is under the law of the country in which it is established required, that it:
- is registered in trade register,
- is registered in tax administration's registers, including value added tax-liability,
- prepayment register and employer register as applicable,
- has paid required taxes by a certificate of the tax authorities of its country of establishment,
- has paid pension contributions by a certificate of its pension institution.

Tenderers must provide a clear statement of whether or not they can comply with the economic and financial suitability requirements of the invitation to tender.

Professional ablility:
The person named as responsible for Keva's project must have a track record of at least three private equity system deliveries during the last five years.
Tenderers must name one person and provide information about his/her three private equity system clients during the last five years and a brief description of the delivery. If it is not possible for confidentiality reasons to disclose the clients' names, the tenderer can describe the field of operation and size of their private equity portfolio.

Technical suitability:
System requirements are split into two categories:
Technical suitability criteria: System / provider must meet these obligatory criteria to be able to participate in the tender process and
Qualification criteria which are used for the comparison of the tenders.
In order to be considered eligible to participate in the process, the system / provider offered must meet at least 95 % (252 of altogether 266 items) of all “Technical suitability criteria” stated in the attached invitation to tender and in its Appendix 1 marked with “1” and only systems / providers that fully meet at least 95 % (252 of altogether 266 items) of all the technical suitability criteria will be scored.

Required features and functionalities mentioned in Appendix 1 must be existing standard features and functionalities of the product and they must be supported in a system version that is already released or will be released by end of August 2013.
Tenderers must provide a clear statement of whether or not they can comply with all (or at least 95 %) of the technical suitability requirements of the invitation to tender.
