The nature of descripted works is flexible and consultants are welcomed to present their own view of implementation of the current assignment. The scope of work 1, 2 and 3, as well its separate tasks under different scopes of work can be implemented by different suppliers. Pricing: Commercial offer must indicate working day price in EUR with and without VAT as well as estimation of working time needed for implementation of Scope of work. All possible additional costs (e.g. travelling costs) must be mentioned separately in Commercial offer. International experience with similar projects in the field of internationalization of SMEs, organizing business visits and events, marketing and promotional services, business advisory services as well as experience in foreign direct investment promotion is seen as an advantage. Selection process: Cursor Oy reserves a right to accept only part of the offer or to reject all offers on the basis of their quality, qualification of experts, estimation of costs and other conditions. Decision is made taking into consideration following criteria: 1. quality and clearness of proposed implementation process (value 50 %), 2. qualification and experience of consultants (value 25 %), 3. daily price and estimated total costs (value 25 %). Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:

Proof that the Tenderer is registered in the trade and tax payer registers of its country of origin. The Tenderer’s Business ID or equivalent company or organization registration number must be stated on the tender documents. The original or copies of documents proving that the Tenderer is a registered legal entity and has fulfilled his obligations relating to the payment of taxes, statutory social security and pension contributions must be submitted to the Contractor on the separate request within 10 working days. The documents must be issued not later than 6 months before tender announcement date.

Preferred basic skills and knowledge:

— competences and experience in planning and/or implementation of FDI promotion from Russia,

— ability to communicate in Russian and English languages,

— excellent knowledge of public and private business development and support organizations in Russia,

— knowledge of both Finnish and Russian business cultures,

— expertise in start-up support system in Finland and connections with business service providers for newly established companies in Finland,

— experience in internalization of SMEs and organizing business visits.
