Rack for a tactical communications system

The Request to participate as well as the tender shall both be mailed by January 14th, 2013.
Design and manufacturing of a rack used for a tactical communications system on the PC 12/47E aircraft. The rack must be airworthy. The airworthiness of the rack will be tested during the Site acceptance by conducting a flight test.
The scope and the requirements are detailed in the RFQ documents. These will be send upon request. The documents can be requested by an e-mail (procurement.h.finafmc@mil.fi). Please use the reference 52/H/2012.
Please notice that the suitability requirements for the tenderer are:
1) Tenderer shall have experience in designing and manufacturing airworthy equipment;
2) Value of the work shall not be more than 30 % of the tenderers net sales;
3) The tenderers quality assurance system shall confirm the requirements set forth in AQAP 2110.
