Mapping and defining the Structures of the US and UK Government Defense Agencies in Healthcare and Medical Research.
The scope of the work should be seen as mapping exercises of key organizations. Defining the organization structures and proper contact person or department in each organization. Mapping work is conducted mainly as desk research and if needed, direct contact to organizations by phone to confirm correct contact information details and contact person’s names.
