Low- temperature scanning near-field optical microscope (LT-SNOM)
The Aalto University Foundation, operating as Aalto University invites tenders for low-temperature scanning near-field optical microscope (LT-SNOM) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Device’) in accordance with this invitation to tender, and its terms and annexes.
The Aalto University Department of Micro and Nanosciences carries out broad- based research in its discipline. In this research the Device will be used for:
— characterization of optically active surface structures on semiconductors,
— characterization of the confinement and scattering properties optical.
Waveguides:
— characterization of optically excited organic molecules.
