Request for tenders of AS332 L1 maintenance checks with additional maintenance work items in the scope as requested hereinafter.
The Buyer is the aircraft Operator.
During the term of the contract, the Service Provider shall undertake at its facilities; aircraft storage, preservation, maintenance and repair services on the Buyer's owned aircraft, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the contract, and all maintenance services that may be agreed upon with the Buyer in future Orders; or Alternatively, as an option of, in the Buyer’s facilities.
The Finnish Border Guard/Air Patrol Squadron will act as the contracting authority.

Following information and documents shall be attached to the Tender. Service provider not fulfilling requirements can lead to his exclusion from the contract procedure.

(a) Personal situation of service providers

(1) Certificate issued by the competent in the Contracting State in which he is established to the effect that the service provider has fulfilled his obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established, or declaration on oath or solemn declaration.

(b) Professional registration

(1) Certificate of commercial or professional registration in accordance with the legislation of the State in which Service provider is established. Service provider shall be registered.

(1) Statement from a bank or some other credit institution about Service provider’s creditworthiness.

Ability, technical capacity and quality control.

(1) Service provider shall have an Approval Certificate pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003, Part 145 for the maintenance and modification services proposed in the Tender. Copy of the certificate and capability shall be attached.

(2) Service provider shall have an approval certificate pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 748/2012, Part 21, Subpart J for the airworthiness and environmental certification of design organization for changes and repair. Copy of the certificate and capability shall be attached.

(3) Service providers should provide information about it's technical merits and quality, such as skills and certification of the workforce, number of performed maintenance events with similar or higher work scope, after sales services or other applicable technical merits.

Sopimuksen toteuttaminen
Tärkeimmät rahoitusehdot ja maksujärjestelyt ja/tai viittaus niitä koskeviin säännöksiin:

Securities.

(a) If the contract stipulates an advance payment by the Buyer, the Service provider shall, in his own expense and prior to the advance payment, provide the Buyer with the bank guarantee or reimburse approved by the Buyer. The security must be equivalent to the amount of the advance payment plus fifteen per cent (15 %) of the value of the advance payment. The bank guarantee and reimburse shall be granted by the first-class bank.

(b) The security shall cease to be valid when the Service provider has fulfilled all his obligations under the agreement; however, under no circumstances earlier than one month after the contractual time of delivery. If the delivery is delayed, the Service provider must extend the period of validity for security provided.

Palvelun suorittaminen on varattu tietylle ammatille:

(EC) No 2042/2003 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel invoved in these tasks.
