The cleanroom is equipped with standard semiconductor industry process equipment and end products include active silicon devices, radiation detectors, MEMS devices and various thin film devices. Wafers in this invitation to tender are used as test and monitor wafers in various process steps. The total need for wafers in this invitation to tender have been estimated to be around 4000 – 6500 pcs/year.
