VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland (http://www.vtt.fi) hereby invites you to submit a tender for the supply of the product described below:
Silicon wafers for test and monitor purposes in VTT's Micronova cleanroom located in Espoo, Finland.
(http://www.micronova.fi).
The cleanroom is equipped with standard semiconductor industry process equipment and end products include active silicon devices, radiation detectors, MEMS devices and various thin film devices. Wafers in this invitation to tender are used as test and monitor wafers in various process steps. The total need for wafers in this invitation to tender have been estimated to be around 4000 – 6500 pcs/year.
Technical details for the products have been defined in the invitation to tender.
The objective is to find one professional supplier for wafers that can guarantee a high standard of quality and reliable service for VTT purposes.
The tender process is based on the open procedure applicable to contracts that exceed the EU procurement threshold. The invitation to tender is published on the public contracts portal (HILMA).
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland will choose one (1) supplier from among the tenderers for two (2) year contract period. The objective is to get the agreement come into force in March 2012. After the contract period, VTT reserves an option to extend the validity of contract with two years, one year at a time (1 + 1).
