Actual face to face training should be approximately one work day together with the trainer. Preferably there will be a few teams at a time, depending on training methods used. Training will be arranged in Finland (in Helsinki if not otherwise agreed.) Tekes will arrange training facilities and catering.

“Preferably 3-4 training days will be arranged in a row. Schedule of training will be agreed upon with the trainer.”

“The training must give a brief introduction on the NABC-model or equivalent training model and include interactive exercises for the participants.”

“As an outcome of the training each team:”

“— understands the basics of value creation according to the NABC-model or equivalent,”

“— has prepared a powerpoint slide (“one-slider”) presenting their innovation with the NABC model or equivalent,”

“— is able to present a 2-3 minute English pitch talk, describing their innovation’s value creation using the NABC-model or equivalent.”

“The first set of 30-40 teams will be trained during March – May 2012, with at least the first 10 teams to be trained during March 2012.”

“The detailed description of the procurement can be read in the tender dossier.”
