Distrct heating pipes to Järvenpää, Finland
Fortum Power and Heat Oy will build a new CHP Power Plant in Järvenpää, Finland. As a part of the project two district heating transfer lines will be build; 2,5km DN400 line in Järvenpää community and 8,6km DN300 line from Järvenpää to Tuusula. Also four pressure increase pumping stations for DN300 line are needed.
Project's material purchases will be divided in separate deals as follows:
1. DN400 preinsulated pipe elements (2,5km);
2. DN300 preinsulated pipe element (8,6km);
3. Pumping stations (4 pces).
Time schedule:
— registration to participate for tendering by 15.8.2011,
— purchase requests to be delivered for registered suppliers by 15.9.2011,
— offers to be delivered to purchaser by 30.9.2011,
— contract negotiations, audits, supplier selections made by 30.10.2011,
— constructions works to begin 1.11.2011,
— district heating lines to be in operation by 30.8.2012.
