RAY (Finland’s Slot Machine Association) is pleased to invite you to submit a request for participation in the procurement of Campaign Management CRM solution.
Campaign Management CRM solution is intended to support multi-channel campaign activities (email, SMS, print), triggered campaign activities, segmentation, creation and modification of campaigns, and to provide support for campaign overall planning such as marketing calendar and campaign approval processes. The system will be deployed as on premise / inhouse installation. Campaign management system will be integrated to read customer data from existing RAY customer database.
The agreement period will start after the procurement, and the agreement will be valid until it is terminated.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2011-11-07. Hankinta julkaistiin 2011-10-07.

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
The minimum qualifications to suitability:
— Candidate fulfils general suitability,
— The candidate shall enclose a signed affirmation (Appendix 1) with the request for participation stating that the candidate has a trade register entry and has fulfilled its obligations to pay social security contributions and taxes required in its country,

— The contracting party will be obliged to present the official documentary evidence for the affirmation (for example an extract from the trade register, certification of a tax liability or the equivalent) latest at the contract negotiations,
— Candidate has a substantial knowledge and experience of the market for relevant Campaign Management CRM solutions for last 2 years,
— Candidate can submit at least 3 remarkable references,
— Candidate agrees on Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with RAY prior to receiving any documents on request for tender. NDA (Appendix 3) covers all confidential information, both technical and non-technical information,
— Campaign management system contains customer personal data. Candidate shall agree on all applicable laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states including Finland regarding processing of Personal Data,

— Candidate has a solid financial standing and candidate has conducted business activities on relevant sector at least for two (2) years.
