RAY (Finland’s Slot Machine Association) is pleased to invite you to submit a request for participation in the procurement of Analytical CRM solution.
Analytical CRM solution is intended to support analysis of B-to-C customers, customer behaviour and different cross references to customers. Analysis is made through clearly defined analytical questions but as well as a data mining process allowing findings not even formulated as original questions. Analytical CRM will provide a solid range of different modelling and analytical tools, statistical methods and data visualization. Analytical CRM will be mapped to RAY Data Warehouse and the deployment project is included in this procurement.
